We have always been keen to establish long-term relationships with our partner producers and today we have chosen to go even further in the creation of French organic channels by taking over 2 small-scale farms in the Pays de la Loire region.

Today we are proud to offer this recipe made with an ancient variety grown by us on our own farms.
