Ingredients:

  • 20 g sole fillet
  • 5 g butter
  • 150 g celeriac
  • 1 C. 1 tsp lemon juice

Serves:

Suggested portion for an 8 month old baby: approximately 200g (to be adapted according to his appetite)

Preparation:

Wash well and peel the celery. Dice it and steam it for 20 minutes. Mix by incorporating the butter. Place the sole fillet on a sheet of parchment paper. Sprinkle with lemon juice, cook in a foil for 10 minutes in an oven at 180 ° C (th.6). Put it in a vegetable mill and place it on the celery mousse.
