Leek and sweet potato puree

Ingredients:

  • 1 white of leek
  • 1/2 jar of Sweet Potato Babybio
  • 1 teaspoon of olive oil

Serves:

Suggested portion for a baby of 4 months: about 130g (following his appetite)

Preparation:

Cut the leek into slices and wash them.

Steam them for 15 minutes.

Warm the half jar of BABYBIO Sweet Potatoes.

Finely puree the cooked leek with the sweet potato and the olive oil.

Advice :

When you begin to introduce leeks into baby's diet, use only the white part as it's less rich in fiber and easier for baby to digest.
