- 1 medium ripe pear
- 2 c. orange juice
- 1/2 banana
- 1 pinch of cinnamon powder
- 1 pinch of vanilla powder
- 1 pinch of powdered cardamom
Suggested portion for a 6 month old baby: approximately 90 to 130g (to be adapted according to his appetite)
Peel the pear and remove the seeds. Cut it into pieces Peel the half banana and cut it into pieces. Mix the pear pieces, the orange juice, the half banana and the spices together.
Once your baby has discovered the fruits separately, you can start mixing them and combining them with spices to make him discover more complex and just as delicious flavors.
