- 20 g hake filet
- 1 clove of garlic
- 1 knob of butter
- 1 small jar of Jerusalem artichokes and Parsnips from the Loire Valley Babybio
Suggested portion for a 12 month old baby: around 200 to 230g (to be adapted according to his appetite)
Peel the clove of garlic and cut it in half. Butter the bottom of the basket of your steamer and place the hake filet on it. Place the two halves of garlic on top. Cook for 5 to 10 minutes depending on the thickness of the fillet. Reheat the BABYBIO Jerusalem Artichoke and Parsnip jar and serve it with the crumbled hake.
Steam your baby's fish with a clove of garlic to flavor it. You can do the same with aromatic herbs. Up to 12 months, the amount of animal protein in a meal should not exceed 10 g. From 12 months, you can go up to 20 g, being careful that the pieces of meat and fish are small and tender.
