- 150 g carrots
- 10 g minced beef
- 1/2 sweet onion, peeled

- 1 pinch of cumin powder
Suggested portion for a 6 month old baby: between 130g and 200g approximately (to be adapted according to his appetite)
Wash, peel and cut the carrots into pieces. Peel and chop the onion. Steam the vegetables for 10 minutes. At the end of this time, add the minced meat to the cooking basket. Continue cooking for 10 minutes. When everything is cooked, mix finely with the olive oil and the pinch of cumin.
