- 1 medium ripe pear
- 1 small banana
- 1 dash of lemon juice
- 1 pinch of cinnamon powder
- 1 C. whole cream
Suggested portion for an 8 month old baby: 90 to 130g approximately (to be adapted according to his appetite)
Peel and seed the pear. Cut it into pieces. Put the pieces in a small saucepan. Cook over low heat for 10 minutes. Add the banana cut into pieces and cook for another 5 minutes. Mix everything with the pinch of cinnamon, lemon juice and a spoonful of cream and let cool.
It is necessary to cook the banana a little before giving it to your baby. Once mixed, it takes on a soft, creamy consistency. To prevent it from blackening, just add a little lemon juice (or another citrus fruit).
