  • 2 ingredients

Ingredients:

  • 1 peer
  • 1 pinch of vanilla powder

Serves:

Suggested portion for a baby of 4 months: 90g to 130g (following his appetite)

Preparation:

Wash and peel the pear. Cut it into four pieces and remove the core.

Place the pieces in a casserole containing 10 cl of water and the powdered vanilla.

Cook over high heat until the pieces of pear are soft.

Puree, let cool, and place in the refrigerator.

You can serve this soup in a bottle with a fast-flow nipple.

Advice :

Good advice from Babybio and Doudou Lapin: the pear is a naturally sweet fruit, rich in vitamins and water. They're plentiful all year long. The pear is one of the first fruits you can offer baby as you begin to diversify his diet.
