Pear-quinoa verrine

Ingredients:

  • 1 medium ripe pear
  • 1 pinch of anise powder
  • 25 gr Vanilla Cereal with Quinoa Babybio
  • 125 ml Babybio infant milk

Serves:

Suggested portion for a 6 month old baby: approximately 90 to 130g (to be adapted according to his appetite)

Preparation:

Heat the infant milk. Add the Vanilla Cereals to the BABYBIO Quinoa. Peel and seed the pear. Mix it with the pinch of anise. Place the cereal-based mixture at the bottom of a small glass and place the aniseed pear purée on top.

Advice :

Anise is interesting both for its digestive properties and for its taste. But don't get your hand too heavy: a tiny pinch is enough to flavor your baby's pear puree.
