- 80 g polenta
- 200 ml of water
- 1 small pot Babybio Sweet Potato
- 50 g grated pasteurized cheese
Suggested portion for a 15 month old baby: approximately 260g (to be adapted according to his appetite)
Heat the water in a saucepan. Pour the polenta in the rain and cook for 4 minutes over medium heat, stirring constantly. Add the Babybio Sweet Potato jar and the grated cheese. Mix well over medium heat for 2 minutes. Divide the mixture on a baking sheet covered with parchment paper, to a thickness of 1/2 cm and leave to cool for 30 minutes. Cut the polenta into sticks and place them on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Bake for 15 minutes in an oven preheated to 180 ° C.
