Recipe Fennel and carrot purée from Hauts de France

Ingredients:
- 1 very white fennel bulb
- 1/2 jar of BABYBIO Carrots from Hauts de France
Serves:
Suggested portion for a 4 month old baby: 90 to 130g approximately (to be adapted according to his appetite)
Preparation:
Rinse the fennel bulb. Remove the first most fibrous leaves and the heart a little hard.
Cut it into pieces and steam it for 15 minutes.
Mix finely with half a small jar of BABYBIO Carrots from Hauts de France.
You can add a fresh parsley or coriander leaf to flavor.
