- 1 apple
- 2 small plums
Suggested portion for a baby of 4 months: 90 to 130g approximately (to adapt according to his appetite)
Wash the fruit.
Peel the apple and remove the seeds. Cut it into pieces.
Open the plums and remove the pits. Cut them into pieces.
Put the pieces of fruit in a saucepan with two tablespoons of water. Heat over low heat for about fifteen minutes.
You can add a small pinch of vanilla powder or cinnamon.
If the plums are really very ripe, you can cook only the apple and add the pitted plum pieces just before mixing.
Choose very ripe plums so that this compote is not acidic.
