- 1 carrot, peeled and diced
- 1/2 finely chopped onion
- 1 potato, peeled and diced
- 3 c. sweet corn kernels
- 1/2 tsp. fresh chopped herbs (basil, oregano, thyme ...)
- 1 C. 1 teaspoon olive oil
Suggested portion for a 6 month old baby: between 130g and 200g approximately (to be adapted according to his appetite)
In a saucepan filled with water, put the carrot and onion and cook for 5 minutes. Add the potato and corn to the contents of the pan. Cover, lower the heat and cook for about 20 minutes over low heat. Add the oil and herbs, mix the preparation and dilute with a little water if necessary.
