- 180 g spinach
- 10 g hake filet
- 1 bell onion
- a jar of Jerusalem artichokes and Parsnips from the Loire Valley BABYBIO
Suggested portion for an 8 month old baby: approximately 200g (to be adapted according to his appetite)
Cut the fish into pieces.
Rinse and hull the spinach leaves.
Peel and quarter the onion.
Put everything in a saucepan with half a glass of water.
Cook for 15 minutes.
Meanwhile, heat the BABYBIO Topinambour and Parsnip purée from the Loire Valley.
Drain the fish, onion and spinach and mix more or less finely according to your baby's tastes.
You can add a teaspoon of cottage cheese before mixing.
