Recipe Julienne steak with Tzatziki sauce

  • 20 g Julienne steak
  • 1/4 cucumber
  • 1 C. cottage cheese (50g)
  • 1 C. 1 teaspoon olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp. 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 2 small mint leaves


Suggested portion for a 12 month old baby: approximately 200 to 230g (to be adapted according to his appetite)


Steam the fish for 10 minutes.

Rinse and peel the cucumber. Cut it in half and seed it (it will be more digestible without the grains). Grate it and put it in a colander. Press well to drain it as much as possible.

Mix the grated cucumber, fromage blanc, lemon juice, olive oil and rinsed and chopped mint leaves.

Crumble the fish to make sure there are no bones and serve it with the tzatziki sauce.
