- 50 g risoni
- 1/2 carrot
- 1 bell onion
- 20 g minced beef
- 6 cherry tomatoes
- 1 C. olive oil
- 1 small sprig of rosemary
Suggested portion for a 15 month old baby: approximately 260g (to be adapted according to his appetite)
Wash, peel and cut the half carrot into very small pieces.
Peel and finely chop the onion. Brown it in a pan with the oil, carrot pieces and minced meat, stirring well.
Wash and cut the cherry tomatoes in four. Add them to the pan. Detach the rosemary leaves and add them too.
Cook for 10 minutes over low heat.
Meanwhile, bring a small pot of water to a boil to cook the risoni for 10 minutes.
Serve the risoni with the Bolognese sauce.
Risoni are small pastas the size of large grains of rice.
