How does the Babybio baby milk subscription work?
Is it possible to change the date of the next delivery?
Yes, you can choose to bring forward or postpone the date of the next delivery. The next payment date selected will be the new order preparation date.
Is it possible to change the frequency of deliveries?
Yes, you can select a new frequency. The date of your next order will not be changed, the change in frequency will apply from the next order.
Can I add products to my milk subscription?
Yes, you can add the products of your choice to your milk subscription. To do this, log in to your account before the renewal date. On each product, you'll find an ‘Add to my subscription shipment’ button. Your products will be added to the shipment of your order and debited with the payment of your subscription. Once your order has been sent, your basket will be empty. You will not be subscribed to additional products. You will be able to choose again the following month if you wish to add products.
I'm going on holiday. Can I change my delivery address?
Yes, you need to go to your personal space to create a new address if one doesn't already exist. You must not delete the old address so that the change can be made. Once the new address has been created, you can go to the ‘My subscriptions’ section and change the delivery address by selecting the new address.
My baby is growing and I need to change my milk. Is it possible to change the product by subscription?
If you want to change the type of milk or if your child is getting older, contact us by email at [email protected] or by telephone at least 5 days before the next delivery so that we can change your subscription.
Is it possible to pause my subscription?
Yes, to pause your subscription you must cancel it. You can easily reactivate it at any time. How do I cancel my subscription? You can cancel your subscription easily in your personal space, under ‘My subscriptions’.
How do I change or delete the bank details I have saved for my subscription?
