The payment of your order is completely secure on our website, all your transactions are guaranteed 3D Secure and go through the secure PAYPLUG payment platform. A personal code is sent to you by SMS on your mobile for each transaction to confirm that the card holder is the origin of the order.

Delivery delay
When your order is prepared, you will receive a confirmation email. This contains a tracking number allowing you to follow the different stages of preparing your package. Whether you have chosen home delivery by Colissimo or a relay point, your package will be delivered between 48 and 72 hours. If you have chosen delivery by Chronopost, your package will be delivered within 24 hours excluding weekends and holidays.
