Artichoke Mousseline

Ingredients:

  • 1 big artichoke
  • 1 little potato
  • 1 teaspoon of olive oil

Serves:

Suggested portion for a baby of 4 months: about 130g (following his appetite)

Preparation:

Peel the potato and cut it in half.

Break the stem of the artichoke to remove a maximum of fibers. Remove all the leaves and the choke, keeping only the heart.

Place the heart in the basket of your steamer along with the pieces of potato.

Steam for 20 minutes.

Finely puree the cooked vegetables with the olive oil.

Advice :

The artichoke is an easy-to-digest fruit-vegetable perfect for beginning diversification. Once cooked and mashed, it turns into a smooth, creamy puree.
