Duck with Orange and Sweet Potato from France

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 orange
  • 1 bell onion
  • 10 g duck fillet, defatted
  • 1 jar of BABYBIO Sweet Potato from France

Serves:

Suggested portion for a 6 month old baby: between 130g and 200g approximately (to be adapted according to his appetite)

Preparation:

Peel and quarter the baby onion.

Cut the meat into pieces.

Press the half orange.

Cook the pieces of meat and onion with the orange juice in a small saucepan for 10 minutes.

Meanwhile, reheat the BABYBIO sweet potato purée from France.

Mix everything finely.

Advice :

Adults often prefer pink duck, but for babies, cook it well.
