Recipe Apple And Apricot Puree

  • 2 small peeled apples, seeded and finely cut
  • 2 fresh apricots, pealed and chopped
  • water


Suggested portion for a baby of 4 months: 90g to 130g (following his appetite)


In a saucepan, cover the cut fruit with water, bring to the boil, lower the heat and cook for 5 minutes.

Drain and put water aside Puree the fruit. Dilute with some of the cooking water if necessary.
