  • 30 mins
  • From 12 months
  • 10 ingredients

Ingredients:

  • 20 g veal
  • 1 small sweet onion
  • 1 clove
  • 50 g carrots
  • 50 g fresh peas
  • 1 bay leaf
  • 5 button mushrooms
  • 1 knob of butter
  • 1 C. 1 teaspoon flour
  • 50 ml Babybio Liquid Growth

Serves:

Suggested portion for a 12 month old baby: around 200 to 230g (to be adapted according to his appetite)

Preparation:

Cut the meat into very small cubes. Peel the onion and prick it with the clove. Wash and peel the carrots. Cut them into very small pieces. Put the pieces of meat in a pan with the onion, bay leaf, peas and carrot pieces. Cover with cold water and cook for 20 minutes. Clean the mushrooms and cut them into small dice. Immerse them for 1 minute in the still boiling broth before filtering. Reserve a little broth. In a small saucepan, melt the butter over low heat. Add the flour and mix, then pour the liquid Babybio Growth while stirring. If necessary, adjust the consistency by adding a little of the reserved broth. Serve the meat with carrots, peas, mushrooms and sauce.

Advice :

You can introduce your baby to this traditional veal stew recipe. All you need to do is adjust the size of the pieces of meat and vegetables.

Up to 12 months, the amount of animal protein in a meal should not exceed 10 g. From 12 months, you can go up to 20 g, being careful that the pieces of meat and fish are small and tender.
