- 10 g sole fillet
- 1 carrot
- 1 C. 1 teaspoon olive oil
- 1/2 pot Loire Valley Potato and Babybio Spinach
Suggested portion for an 8 month old baby: approximately 200g (to be adapted according to his appetite)
Peel the carrot and cut it into rings. Put them in the basket of your steamer. Cook for 15 minutes. Add the piece of sole fillet and continue cooking for 5 minutes. Crumble the fish well. Mix the carrot slices with the olive oil. Reheat the half pot Loire Valley Potato and BABYBIO Spinach. In a small transparent bowl, place a layer of the small Loire Valley Potato and BABYBIO spinach pot, then the crumbled fish and finally the carrot puree.
By offering your baby a colorful and beautifully presented dish, you have a good chance of attracting his interest and making him want to taste what you have prepared for him. The amount of animal protein remains the same as from 6 months -10 gr- and we must continue to mince meat or fish.
