- 1 Jerusalem artichoke
- 1/2 carrot
- 5 green beans
- 30 g halibut fillet
- 1 egg white
- 50g breadcrumbs
- 1 C. cooking oil
Suggested portion for a 15 month old baby: approximately 260g (to be adapted according to his appetite)
Brush the Jerusalem artichoke under cold water. Peel it and cut it into very small pieces.
Wash the half carrot, peel it and cut it into very small pieces.
Wash the green beans, hull them and cut them into very small pieces.
Coarsely chop the halibut fillet and mix it with the vegetable pieces with the egg white.
Pack the mixture into two small round cookie cutters. Sprinkle with breadcrumbs on each side.
Heat the oil in a skillet. Put the croquettes in the pan and remove the cookie cutters.
Cook for 15 minutes over medium heat, turning halfway through cooking.
